When will my order ship out?
- We ask for 1 - 2 business days for our Amazon team to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday - or over the weekend - will ship on Monday. If you want to double-check on your order status, send us a note at email@example.com. or check with Amazon directly.
Where does your clothing ship from?
- All orders will ship from various warehouses strategically placed around the country.
How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
- All orders will ship via Ground - absolutely free of charge to Amazon Prime members. and takes usually about 3-5 business days too arrive.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
What is your return policy?
- Xirvana accepts returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned un-worn and un-damaged.
- International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order is damaged upon arrival or otherwise structurally fails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I make a return for an exchange or refund?
- To start a Return or Exchange, pack up the return items with the original invoice tucked inside. On the invoice please select the reason for return and note whether you would prefer a Refund or Exchange. For Exchanges, add which item you'd like to try next.
- Exchanges can be made for the same style, in a different Color or Size; be sure to include the exact Color and Size of the new item on your invoice. If you would like a different style entirely, please reach out to email@example.com
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
- Refunds or Exchanges will be processed in 1 - 2 days after we receive the return. Refunds will then take an additional 2 - 3 days to arrive back to the original payment. Exchanges will be shipped out once we have processed the original return. If you need to expedite your return or exchange process, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org

Talk to me about sizing: How does Xirvana clothing generally fit?
- The clothing should fit closely, but comfortably. Our tops are designed to be form fitting and make you feel hugged, secure and upright. The bottoms should be form fitting and comfortable. You will feel a hug at your hips and lite compression to your abdomen and lower back. The long sleeve tops do fit big, so order a size down.
Does Xirvana ship internationally?
- We currently are only working in the United States but will soon offer shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia via USPS Priority International or International Express. Rates are based on weight and are calculated at checkout by USPS.
- International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling costs and other fees; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
